RE: New Gold Share Distribution to UFN Membership

 

We are pleased to announce that UFN Chief and Council have made the decision to proceed with the distribution of the New Gold Shares granted to the Ulkatcho First Nation pursuant to the Signing of the Participation Agreement (PA) for the Blackwater Gold (BWG) Project.

 

September 2, 2025, Update:

• Complete the release form and send to Deidre Cahoose at financeclerk@ulkatcho.ca. The form needs to be completed prior to the release of any shares. Pleas list if you want someone to pick up your cheque on your behalf on September 4, 2025. Click here
