Ulkatcho Natural Resource Administrator
A Natural Resource Administrator supports the technical logistics in the department. Their duties will include creating processes, completing clerical and administrative tasks and operations, improving office services, and implementing communication procedures.

Office Administrator Job Responsibilities:
· Provide support to staff and management, including handling correspondence, preparing documents, and scheduling meetings.
· Manage communication channels
· Help to Establish and maintain filing systems and ensure the proper retention, protection, and disposal of records.
· Manage data entry and other record-keeping tasks.
· Establish and implement office policies and procedures to maintain order and efficiency.
· Review and update office policies as necessary to reflect changing needs.
· Assist with budget preparation, reporting requirements and track expenditures.
· Process invoices and assist with department accounts payable and receivable.
· Ensure a safe and clean work environment.
· Provide regular office operations reports to management and identify areas for improvement.
· Other duties as needed.
Work Hours and Benefits:
Permanent Part time 20-30 hours per week
Wage:
$24/hour
Office Administrator Qualifications and Skills:
· Keeps track of multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Works well with others and can foster a positive work environment.
· Completes tasks on time and can properly prioritize work.
· Proficiency in using office software and database management.
· Strong attention to detail.
· Provides excellent customer service.
· Comfortable tracking office budgets, expenses, and supplies.
· Works effectively as part of a team and contributes to a collaborative office culture.
· Ability to plan, coordinate, and execute office projects or events.
Education and Requirements:
· High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
· Two to three years’ experience in an office setting
· Accounting background preferred
· Proficient with Microsoft Office software
