Patient Registry | Telehealth Coordinator

Position Summary

An exciting permanent full-time opportunity is now available for a Patient Registry/Telehealth Coordinator servicing the Ulkatcho Nation. The position reports to the Health Director.

Who are we looking for?
We are seeking an experienced and positive administrative services professional with critical thinking skills to join our team.

Primary Responsibilities:

·         Reception and administrative support to Ulkatcho Health in accordance with UFN policies.

·         Answering telephone calls, checking emails, data entry, client scheduling, preparing routine correspondence and reports

·         Directing phones calls and emails to the appropriate UFN health department staff

·         Facilitating clients to access telehealth services and other healthcare services.

·         Scheduling client appointments for visiting health professionals.

·         Cross-training on patient travel tasks

·         Other duties as assigned by Health Director

Hours of Work Monday to Friday; 8:30 to 4:30.

·         One-year recent related experience; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
