Nutritionist- Custodian Sub
Ulkatcho is looking for a sub. Nutritionist/Custodian for Nagwuntl’oo school and a sub. Nutritionist for the public school.
Nutritionists Duties and Responsibilities
- Have a Recent Food Safe Certificate
- Track weekly food budget allowance and remain within that Budget.
- Preparing a Weekly Menu and preparing meals in accordance with the weekly menu.ost the Weekly Menu so it is visible to Staff.
- Preparing menus for students with special dietary needs if necessary.
- Ability to follow directions and work independently.
- Be Responsible in all aspects of the School Cook/Custodian.
- Be Responsible for the school kitchen by keeping it clean, sanitary, and safe for meal preparation and proper food storage.
- Responsible sanitation of all cooking surfaces, stove, oven, fridges, cupboards, and all dishes including pots and pans.
- Be aware as part of their responsibility, other staff may at times use the kitchen as it relates to their curriculum and program.
- Perform duties as assigned by the Principal and/or Education Director.
- Updated Criminal record check.
Custodian Duties
- Ability to follow directions and work independently
- Be Responsible in all aspects of the School Custodian Position
- Be Responsible for the over-all operation of the school by keeping it clean, sanitary, and safe when required.
- Responsible for sanitation of all cooking surfaces, stove, oven, fridges, cupboards, and all dishes including pots and pans when required.
- Responsible for Cleaning and sanitizing the school facility in accordance with COVID-19 standards.
- Clearing walkways during the winter months
- Have an Excellent rapport with children, parents, and community members
- Any other duties assigned by the Principal and Education Director.
- Updated Criminal record check
